Hello
everyone, I’m back to talk to you about
another one of our awesome teachers.
This time it’s Deb Louie.
Deb is a
well known Australian teacher as she regularly writes for Quilter’s Companion
magazine and teaches extensively around the country. Deb’s speciality is machine quilting on a
domestic machine and the work she does is stunning. Here are some examples of her gorgeous work.
You can read updates about Deb’s work at her
blog here.
Deb is
offering 4 classes at Festival which will cater for the beginner through to the
more advanced quilter wishing to extend their skills. Deb’s classes are hands on and her students
will either be using Pfaff domestic machines or be able to try the wonderful
Handiquilter Sweet Sixteen! Join Deb as she shows you the basics of free motion
quilting right through to creating gorgeous flowers, feathers and stunning
background fills on your domestic machine.
